Open your online shop

Sell your items online at your own shop link. Shoppers pay by card through Flutterwave or Moniepoint; stock is taken only when payment is confirmed.

1. Connect payments

   In Sales → Payments, add a Flutterwave or Moniepoint payment account. Start in test mode; your provider gives you the keys.

2. Fill in the shop settings

   In Online shop → Settings, write a headline and About your shop, add how shoppers reach you (phone, WhatsApp, email) and choose the location you sell from.

3. Choose pickup and delivery

   Turn on pickup and/or delivery, set delivery areas and fees, and, if you want, the times shoppers can choose.

4. Choose the items to sell

   In the Items tab, choose which items appear in the shop. An item needs a retail price and stock to be bought.

5. Open the shop

   Tick Open the shop to shoppers and save. Copy your shop link and share it on WhatsApp and social media.

6. Handle orders

   The Today tab lists orders to prepare and hand over. Mark each one ready or out for delivery, then completed. Shoppers get emails about their order.
