Hub Kit: set up your business on Annuura
New to Annuura? Start with the ABCD, then follow the guide for each service your business uses. Signed-in owners see the same guides, with a setup checklist, under Hub Kit in their business.
A — Account and access
Sign in with your own verified email. Owners and administrators confirm sign-in with a second step (an authenticator app or an email code). Each person on your team has their own sign-in and only sees the pages their role allows.
B — Business and services
Your business on Annuura is called a hub. It has the services you chose — for example Inventory, Point of Sale, Website and Online shop. Your plan decides which services are on; you can try any paid plan free for 7 days and pay or renew from Settings → Plan.
C — Configure the basics
Before you sell, add your logo, create the store location you sell from, add your items with prices and stock, and connect Flutterwave or Moniepoint if you take cards or transfers. The checklist on this page tracks these for you.
D — Do business every day
Sell at the till, take online orders, restock when items run low and check Sales insights and the nightly summary. If a plan ends, your records stay viewable; renew to make changes again.
Step-by-step guides
- Set up your store locations — A location is any place you keep or sell stock: a shop, a warehouse or a stall. Stock, the till and the online shop all work per location.
- Manage your inventory — Add every item you sell, keep stock up to date when deliveries arrive, and change prices in bulk.
- Sell with the Point of Sale — The till lets you sell in your store, take cash, card or transfer, print receipts and close the day with a cash count.
- Set up your business website — Shape how your business looks on Annuura — your name, logo and colours — and approve your workspace set-up. Your shop page, receipts and invoices use the same brand.
- Open your online shop — Sell your items online at your own shop link. Shoppers pay by card through Flutterwave or Moniepoint; stock is taken only when payment is confirmed.
- Keep track of customers and what they owe — Keep one list of your customers and record sales on credit, payments and reminders, so you always know who owes you.
- Send invoices — Create branded invoices for customers who pay later, preview them and track which are still awaiting payment.
- Run loyalty points and memberships — Reward returning customers with points they can spend, and sell membership plans with member cards.
- Keep your money book — See all money in and out in one place, sort it into categories and check your profit for any period.
- Read your reports — Understand how your business is doing: what sells, what is slow, and how today went.
- Take trade and wholesale orders — Prepare orders for business customers, set stock aside, deliver, invoice and record payment.
- Make products with recipes and batches — Write recipes, make batches from your raw materials, check quality and put finished goods into stock with their real cost.
- Measure sites and prepare quotes — Record site surveys and measured openings for curtains, blinds and installations, then prepare a quote.
- Invite your team and set roles — Give each person their own sign-in and only the pages their job needs.
