Run loyalty points and memberships

Reward returning customers with points they can spend, and sell membership plans with member cards.

1. Set your points rules

   Go to Sales → Loyalty & membership → Points rules. Choose how many points customers earn, the fewest points they can pay with, when points expire, and items that do not earn points.

2. Give a customer a card

   Choose Give a customer a card, find or add the customer, and create a printable card code. Cashiers scan it at the till.

3. Add or remove points

   Customers earn points on their purchases under your points rules. Use Add or remove points, with a reason, to correct a balance.

4. Sell memberships

   Under Membership plans choose Add a plan with a name and price. Sell a plan to a member and record how they paid.

5. Watch the summary

   The Loyalty summary shows points customers hold and points paid with this month.
